iOS Safari does not yet support the Web Share Target API, which is the browser standard that lets Android send files directly to a web app from the share sheet. That is an Apple platform decision, not a Draftrow limitation. On iPhone, Safari PWAs can receive text from the share sheet but not files, so the workaround is saving the .txt to Files first and then uploading manually. Apple has the feature flagged internally and it may ship in a future iOS release. In the meantime, the save-then-upload flow takes about 30 seconds once you have done it once.
