Does it work for portrait sessions and family shoots, not just weddings?

Yes. The extraction adapts to the shoot type. Wedding inquiries have different fields than family portrait inquiries (guest count vs family size, ceremony location vs studio or outdoor location). Both work.

What about destination wedding inquiries?

The extraction captures the location as the customer states it. If a customer mentions "destination wedding in Costa Rica," that is captured. Pricing rules can account for travel surcharges if you have set them up.

Can I track which inquiries I followed up on?
