How does it handle recurring service requests?

When the customer mentions "weekly," "biweekly," "monthly," or similar recurring language, the booking is flagged as recurring. You can confirm the cadence during review.

Can I track service routes for multiple stops in one day?

Not directly. Each booking is independent. You can use the calendar view to see all bookings on a date, and use the city or address field to plan your route. Multi-stop routing is a future feature.

What about emergency or same-day service requests?

Same-day requests are extracted same as scheduled bookings. The dashboard banner surfaces "needs your attention" items so urgent inquiries do not get lost.
